Modern life seems to be fraught with portability, never staying in the same place. It’s the idea of being untethered and although electronics have moved towards that direction, what about other industries? Modulo, a modular portable radiator, is one concept on the go.
There’s two pieces to this design by Anna Gotha. Firstly it doesn’t look like your grandmother’s radiator. The modular blocks can be mounted on walls to save floor space in any configuration to suit your aesthetic and heating needs. Secondly each block is an aluminum core wrapped in a soft cushion. You can remove the block and take it to the couch to cozy up.
The designer doesn’t address how the unit is heated but it is a nice idea. Now excuse me while I go put on some gloves. It’s cold in here.
