Peter Dudas’ slimOKA gives you the rich, authentic coffee taste of the classic moka pot with the convenience of a modern coffee maker. In black or silver anodized aluminum or steel, its aesthetic is also a modern twist on the classic. At the heart of the design is an electronic system that steam heats coffee with the press of a button, alerts the user with an audible tone when finished, and automatically lowers temperature to keep coffee warm without burning it. Unlike stovetop moka pots which you have to keep an eye on, you can set it and forget it!
