You might not be sure just by looking whether these seating designs are fabric or something more rigid and that’s precisely the idea! In a delicate union of wood, painted metal and polyurethane, the Babah series of seating is at once solid yet aesthetically soft. Highlights of each stool and chair in the series include rounded edges and curves in the back of the chair that allude to softness. The back shell shows a ribbed surface which is reminiscent of the stitching line present in padded seats. As for the monocoque polyurethane seats/backs, they’re stain resistant, comfortable and incredibly durable to guarantee a much longer life than cushioned alternatives.
