Our relationship with food is based on need and pleasure. The problem is satisfying both! The OTTO smart-kitchen system’s aim is to provide healthy meals and an enhanced food experience that embraces preferences, the user’s schedule, and social moments in the home. The design introduces smart user-centered technologies that make it possible to simplify choices and make cooking an effortless and enjoyable experience. The core of OTTO lies in its intelligent design that interacts with the user to provide nutritious recommendations, recipes, instructions that fit the user’s needs and preferences. Aside from acting as a personal instructor, it also features a built in dishwasher, interactive oven, garbage collector, storage, refrigerator with digital interface, cook top, and food extractor… all packed into one unit only the size of a large island!
