If you’re a Pantone swatch-head (and most designers are), the DAX wallet is just the most yummy looking wallet out there. Born out of a desire to create a wallet that no one had ever seen before, the DAX pretty much pioneered the age of the cascading wallet that allowed you to pull a tab and have your cards fan out beautifully, giving you the ability to pick and choose which one you want. The innate beauty however lay in their approach towards integrating a rather delicious looking gradient of swatches into the wallet, that make your money-holder absolutely pop with freshness… and why not, because it doesn’t make sense that one wears fashionable, vibrant clothes that make a statement, but carries a boring leather wallet that screams 19th century.
The DAX is equipped with 5 card slots and even a discreet sleeve for carrying money. It ditches leather for a water-repellent fabric, and comes in Mars Amber, Midnight Blue, and the ever classic Grayscale. Plus, as a guy who gave up leather for fabric wallets, I must attest that wallets made out of woven fabric are just loads better than leather. They slide in easily, but there’s a slight bit of friction (because of the fabric weave) while pulling them out of your back pocket, which means if someone tries to pick your wallet, you’ll automatically know!
