The Ultratime isn’t a watch, it’s a collage of colors that indicate the time of the day. The watch rather uniquely splits the dial in half, showing one all the markings on a half circle, rather than a full one. The designer claims that since our internal clock is capable of recognizing when it’s morning, afternoon, evening, or night, you don’t need your watch to do a complete 12-hour cycle. Keeping one half of the watch dark, the watch’s face plays with colors and hues in the other half, creating color palettes and collages that shift throughout the day. My only suggestion, throw in a colored second hand to make the watch face even more dynamic!
The Ultratime 002 Watch is a winner of the K-Design Award for the year 2018.
