It is founded on a triple-axle trailer, and finished in tongue and groove cedar siding, as well as some metal. It is topped by a metal roof, and features a length of 28 feet with an increased width of 10 feet. This offers a more apartment-like layout that is quite comfortable and cozy.

As you enter the home, you are welcomed into a kitchen, which is equipped with an oven with four-burner propane-powered stove, a dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, and walnut butcher block counterops. The living room is placed next to the kitchen, and it features an electric fireplace and a built-in bookshelf. There is space to mount a TV, and enough room to accommodate a sofa. The other end of the home holds a small hallway which is connected to a second outdoor entrance and bathroom. The bathroom contains a bathtub/shower, a flushing toilet, a vanity sink and stacked washer/dryer.
The cozy tiny home features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a cozy and intimate retreat. Accessed via a single staircase, these bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the home, providing a pleasant degree of separation and privacy for occupants. Even though the bedrooms are small they have been integrated with clever and essential storage options. One bedroom includes built-in cabinets, providing more than enough space for clothing and personal items, while ensuring an organized environment. This bedroom also includes a small built-in TV, which has been integrated into the cabinetry to offer entertainment without compromising on space.
