The Heli-Trivet is a heat resistant pot holder like no other! The physical properties of the elastic silicone and heavy alloy tips, when combined with the shape of the Heli-Trivet, set up mechanical forces that allow the trivet to drop-and-flatten by itself. With just one hand, it can be lifted or dropped by simply using its O-Ring in the center. The minimalist shape of the Heli-Trivet is devoid of small and hard-to-assemble parts, reducing its production cost, but also enhancing its aesthetic form.
