Made entirely from recycled materials such as post-consumer cardboard, sawdust, rubber, and plastic bottle, the Chatpod 700 is quite proud of its sustainable composition, and with reason. Designed by Jeffrey Ibañez for Impact Acoustic, the office booth was ideally created for team meetings. It has the ability to hold up to four people and serves as an extremely quiet place that would work well for those team meetings where you need to shut the rest of the office off.
It’s a rather medium-sized booth and is available in two configurations – a high table version that would work great for standing meetings, and a bench seating one that is ideal for long meetings where you definitely need to be seated. You can also choose to add a whiteboard, or a screen holder, to make meetings more interactive and engaging. The interiors and exteriors of the booth have been equipped with Archisonic material – which creates a soundproof environment inside and has the ability to soften or dampen the noise coming from the outside. This truly creates a private space that is ideal for long brainstorming sessions, and discussions that need everyone’s complete attention and focus. The material is available in a variety of 28 colors, and the frame is in 10 hues. Mix and match, and pick the color palette that best suits your office space!
Oh, and did we mention the Chatpod 700 is also largely prefabricated? The minimal and clean booth is preassembled, and can be put together on-site in 90 minutes! This basically means the conference room for your next meeting can be created in less than 2 hours. Pretty cool!
