Straight out of 007, the BES, or Black Eye Sea concept, is a response to emerging threats at sea that focuses on autonomous navigation to monitor waterways near valuable maritime assets such as navel vessels, oil rigs, or coastal power plants. The 3 jet drive speed boat and stealthy dual-engine submarine are fast and highly maneuverable, providing quick surveillance or powerful force protection if need be. Whether operating by itself or being remotely guided, the Black Eye Sea’s aim is to put human life out of harms way.
